At the end of YC121 the Nadire District Parliament exercised its franchise powers to secure a Shipping & Security provider aligned with the values of its member states and the greater Federation. Two years on the NADSC is still patrolling the constellation, marking and tracking down know capsuleers and non-capsuleer groups that disrupt the systems.

It was requested by the Nadire District Parliament to carry out an assessment of the constellation updating them on the progress we have made and the ongoing operations. As one of the newer members and partly to redeem myself, I have volunteered to prepared and present our findings to them.

Last year Commander Adams and Captain Androidson carried out an Astrogeological Survey on the moons and asteroid belts in the systems. I mention this because I noticed a pattern from the few deployments we made into the constellation. The majority of those that would disrupt the safe transit of vessels also use the area to mine. Alliances like Manifesto, who have several corporations are using Raitaru class engineering complexes as a base for their mining operation. I will need to investigate further if I am to properly link the two, and even further to make this into anything that resembles a report good enough to present to Parliament.

YC122.10.29 - Crimson Harvest

  //PERSONAL LOG //ENTRY BY CLEMENTINE LAFLEUR //DATE YC122.10.29   I have woken up to see reports flooding in via Galnet of Blood Raider fleets making their annual raids of high and lowsec space. It marks the start of what they call Crimson Harvest and it will be my first time actually seeing it. The older classmates at the University would tell scare stories of Amarrian cults that would capture you because you were a clone, believing that your blood was sacred to them. They would string you upside down and drain you like cattle and bath in your blood. They wouldn't kill you straight away no, you would be kept alive to ensure every last drop was squeezed out of you. You would suffer a very long and painful death until you were recloned. They would somethings finish the story with a crescendo of evil laughter, which seems cheesy now I think about it. I didn't know what to expect, but Edward (aka Mantel) our FC reassured me that it was going to be a straightforward exercise. We were to form up in Tanoo ready to attack an Astrahus class citadel owned by an individual named Silas Vitalia. I had been told she had upset quite a few people, enough to warrant the destruction of her base. Our CEO Charles said that we had been contracted to carry out the destruction of it and that as far as he knew, it was going to be just us.
